Die Stories von #RickRiordan machen mich immer besonders glücklich. Humor und Spannung sind genau meins und es muss immer wieder gesagt werden - er gibt sich großartig viel Mühe den Cast divers zu halten. ♥
Was mir das Lesen auch immer erleichtert sind die kurzen Kapitel, wodurch ich viel mehr schaffe zu lesen. Paradox. 🤔
Ich bin gespannt auf die FIlmadaption.

Watching Percy Jackson movie. His #dyslexia and #ADHD are part of being a demi god. His dyslexia is because his brain is wired to read Ancient Greek, and his ADHD is to keep him moving and impulsive; good strengths in a warrior demi-God. I like this fictional take. Think I'll have to read the #RickRiordan books my kids so love for myself. Apparently film is only loosely based on the books and the books are way better (as per my 11yo).

Het tweede boek van dit jaar las ik ongeveer 5 jaar geleden ook al. Ik zag het in de schoolbib staan en was direct weer verkocht. Blijft een fantastisch goed verhaal en zover ik weet heb ik de volgende boeken in de reeks ook niet allemaal gelezen, dus daar kijk ik al naar uit!

Started the german version of Rick Riordans "Daughter of the Deep" and 50 pages in I'm already deeply invested. His Percy Jackson books started my love for his writing, the humor and how easy and thoughtfull he created diverse characters for all stories.
