#FLINT, MI — Genesee County Jdg F. Kay Behm dismissed criminal charges against former #Michigan Gov. #RickSnyder in the #FlintWaterCrisis, months after the state Supreme Court said indictments returned by a one-person grand jury were invalid. Snyder, a Rep. who left office in 2019, was charged w/ 2 misdemeanor counts of willful neglect of duty. “Rulings up to this point have been on process alone, not on the merits of the case,” prosecutors said.

We heard recently that the guilty #polluters are using covid to cover up culpability in #manslaughter. They have been erasing actual evidence, including #phoneRecords from the judical system.
