Rainy #parkrun this morning in #Munich. Despite the weather we had 41 participants at Riemer parkrun including 7 very first timers! Happy to see that our parkrun is growing slowly but steadily.

Today was my 35th parkrun as a runner/walker and I participated in 85 parkrun as a volunteer.

We have been around (except during the pandemic) since June 2019.

This morning was our #Parkrun #98 in #Riemerpark in #Munich.

40 participants ran or walked.

Our "Lord of the Lake" (also known as a Marshal) was ready to cheer the participants and show them the right direction. And to close the route, the Tailwalker along with the Parkwalker and one participant were walking while enjoying a nice talk.

62 participants today for our 96th #parkrun at #riemerpark in #munich! We broke our attendance record again!

Soon we will celebrate the 100th! We started in June 2019 and had to stop 18+3 months during the pandemic.

Next week I don't volunteer, I'll try to run/walk the 5K. This morning I was the Run Director and It was my 72nd participation as a volunteer (all in Riemer Park) and "only" 22 participations as a runner (including parkwalker/tailwalker)

D'autres traces de l'ancien #aéroport de Munich-Riem. Je ne sais pas si les dalles de béton "Ankunft" (= arrivée) sont d'origine ou pas. Ils se situent plus ou moins sur l'emplacement de l'ancienne piste d’atterrissage, du coup je pense qu'ils ont été ajoutés ensuite. Dommage que le panneau "Abflug" (= départ) soit si sale.
Il reste également un mur d'enceinte derrière lequel se situait des tribunes pour observer les avions.

Je suis allée marcher 11.5km ce midi, j'en ai profité pour faire le tour des vestiges de l'ancien #aéroport de Munich-Riem où se situe maintenant le Riemer Park, le quartier de #Messestadt et le centre des expositions de #Munich. Ils ont déménagé l'aéroport à son emplacement actuel en 1992. Logistiquement parlant ça a dû être énorme, et ça a dû faire un gros changement pour le quartier.

55 participants ! Nous avons battu notre record :) j'ai pu courir finalement. J'avais testé mes chaussures dans ma rue avant de partir. L'adhérence était bonne.

Très chouette matinée au #Parkrun de #RiemerPark. C'était mon 21ème parkrun comme participante (et j'ai déjà 67 parkruns comme volontaire). 47 coureurs aujourd'hui.

J'ai parcouru les 5km en 35'22. C'est pas mon meilleur temps (33'33), mais je suis contente de moi, sachant que je n'avais pas couru depuis le 5/11.

La semaine prochaine je suis la Cheffin (RD) :) le job le plus simple qui existe : regarder les volontaires travailler :D

On a retrouvé (temporairement) le soleil aujourd'hui, je suis allée me promener dans le parc à coté de chez moi ce matin. Il faisait -6°C mais avec le soleil ça restait très agréable. Les luges et les skis de fond étaient de sortie :)

Non, ce matin nous n'étions pas en train de protester, nous étions les volontaires du 87ème #parkrun de #riemerpark et c'était une fois de plus un moment plein de convivialité et de plaisir :)

50 participants ont couru ou marché les #5K du parcours. Preuve que pour beaucoup, ça vaut le coup de se lever un samedi matin pour participer à cet événement hebdomadaire. On démarre à 9h :)

Ce matin au #parkrun de #riemerpark à #Munich c'était du genre brumeux. Nous avons eu 47 participants ! Notre parkrun qui a démarré en juin 2019 mais qui a dû s'arrêter de nombreux mois à cause de la pandémie en est à sa 85ème édition.

Si vous avez l'occasion un jour de croiser un parkrun sur votre route, je ne peux que vous recommander d'y participer, c'est un bon moyen pour commencer le weekend de bonne humeur :)
