They are calling it #downsizing. I actually think it is #rightsizing. The tech bubble caused all companies to hire a lot with inflated expectations. Then came pandemic reality. What are they gonna do?

I agree to the point by the Harvard professor that #Google didn't have to #lie and create a facade for performance grading. They could have just said the honest truth. And possibly help them land another job instead of tainting them as poor performers.
