Ok, es hilft nix, ich laufe wie ne Schildkröte weil kein-Sport und Kleinkind-einseitig-tragen eine miese Kombi ist. Ich versuche es jetzt mit Massagen und Übungen vom Profi plus #Ringfit Adventure für regelmäßig dazwischen. Wär doch gelacht, wenn ich mich Weihnachten nicht wieder gerade hinstellen könnte.

Well... guess I'm more out of shape than I thought. Overdid it a bit pushing to clear Chapter 1 and almost fainted doing it. Muscles don't hurt though, so probably just set the pace a bit too fast. Will try again tomorrow.

まぁ、思ったより弱いかもな。第一章をクリアしたかったからちょっとやりすぎて倒れるそうになってしまった。筋肉と体調が痛くないけどやっぱりペースは速すぎかも。明日またやってみよう。

#ringfit #健身环大冒险 真的牛逼，首先是方便，打开电视和switch就能玩，不用出门，衣服也可以随便套，穿个运动文胸和短裤就可以了。然后时间比较短，经常玩了10分钟不到就问我今天要不要休息了，我会（逆反心理？）选择再玩一会儿，最后是18分钟上下，但是已经浑身都是汗心跳也120了！反正研究说是运动锻炼5分钟也好的，20分钟很厉害了！挤出一个半小时去健身房不容易，挤出半小时在家还是容易的，也可以一边锅里炖着肉一边玩。最后真的适合突如其来的lockdown。好后悔没有早点开始玩！
