Although I was just a #musician #trombonist I knew the entire #veterinary staff on our #ringling #circus tour, and got to interact with our #animals regularly including #elephants #camel #snakes #tiger cubs #horses #dogs and more. They were all intelligent, beautiful, and well loved.
I understand that animals in the circus is a #controversial topic. Friends, please don’t jump to conclusions or make assumptions. I am more than happy to share what I experienced when ASKED rather than accused. 🎪

In the interest of continuing #introduction2 I performed with #ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey #circus for five years, visiting 40 cities and playing approx 400 shows each year.
We lived on a 1950s passenger #train , yes actually lived on it. We had our own rooms, showered on the train, cooked, slept there, etc. #ringlingbros #musician #trombonist #travel #NationalTour #railroad #nomad #livemusic
