Now would be a really good time to start planning out the logistics for constructing a water misting setup so that you can deploy community cooling stations for unhoused / un-air-conditioned this summer.

Here's a plan for how to create one for yourself. Start thinking of who you might be able to bring aboard to help construct this, as well as folks who might be interested in contributing time and effort to administering and re-supplying these stations during the hottest days of the year.

Also a good time to look into first aid training so that you can assist if needed.
