Any company that relies purely on growth is going to eventually screw over users or customers. Reading @christianselig's Reddit protest #ReleaseNotes is a fascinating elevation of the form.

Most people ignore release notes or have auto-updates turned on and so miss the underlying dramas that may be playing out in the apps they use every day.
