Su j'en crois la carte approximative des sondes #RIPE #Atlas, il y a 2 sondes en plein milieu du palais impérial à Tokyo 🤔

2 possibilités :
- Les sondes sont en réalité dans des bâtiments en bordure du palais (c'est un peu beaucoup dense cette zone)
- Il y a effectivement Naruhito qui fait mumuse avec des sondes Atlas
- Un mix des deux

@sozialwelten um das noch mal hier zu schreiben. Wir sprechen eigentlich ueber alle #OSI Modell Layer. Im Falle von #Unterseekabeln eben ueber OSI Layer 1, also dem elementarsten Teil. Im Prinzip gibt es aber Kaempfe ueber alle Layer hinweg und ueber Kontrolle bzw. Machtverteilung.

Wir hatten das Thema #Patente bei der #Eigentum Diskussion und wie #China inzwischen auch eigenes #IntellectualProperty schuetzen will. Bei der Kontrolle der Internet Backbones geht es auch um #Sovereignty. Die USA sind nicht bekannt dafuer eine multipolare Welt zu favorisieren oder akzeptieren zu wollen.

Was also passieren kann ist das mehrere Netze entstehen und diese dann vielleicht ueber #Knotenpunkte wie zb. dem #DECIX in #Frankfurt miteinander verbunden werden, um so auch eine #Kontrolle ueber die #Verbindungen zu haben.

Heute wird alles ueber #BGP und die #ASN Vergabe und darauf dann die #RIPE #IpAdressen Vergabe geregelt.
