Eternity and Eon were great. The Forge of God and Anvil of Stars were also favourites.

Maybe over the Christmas holidays will dig them out of the bookcase if I can find some of them and reread.

Just saw that author Greg Bear has passed. Just another blow from this hell of a timeline in the multiverse.
He was the first author I read that set even part of a sci-fi novel in Australia. As a teenager, nothing was set in Australia, except Australian stories. Authors outside of here never set anything in Australia, despite it being, you know a whole continent.
Anyway he wrote great hard sc-fi and cyberpunk.
