Very sad to hear that Paul O’Grady suddenly passed away. He was a legendary entertainer in the UK, still touring, and he struck me as a very kind and nice person. He was also President of the British Music Hall Society and a strong active presence. I looked forward to his column and thoughts on entertainment and life every time the magazine arrived. He will be missed.
