Took my daughter to the Vivienne Westwood exhibition at the V & A in 2004, which was utterly fabulous. In the gift shop after we bought a Christmas decoration in the shape of one of Vivienne’s iconic bonkers platform shoes (podiatrists everywhere weep softly at the sight of these) and it goes on our tree every year 🎄#RIPVivienneWestwood

RIP to the most wonderful Vivienne Westwood.

However, I am genuinely bemused as to why the BBC showed a clip of her work being laughed at on a TV chat show as part of their tribute to her. One of the most original creative women of the 20th century and that’s what the beeb come up with. #RIPVivienneWestwood
