I don't know why but I almost always find the axial capacitors #Acorn used in #Archimedes and #RiscPC have lost half their capacitance. The radials used are usually fine.

One nicely washed RISC PC motherboard. All the green corrosion in the RAM slots has washed off nicely. Next step is drying, then booting it off of a set of RO3.60 ROMs abd an ARM710 and checking the diagnostic output. (RO4 doesn't include the diagnostics and RO3 disables them on StrongARM) #acornrisc #riscpc
