The problems it causes are everybody's problems. #Industrialized countries tends to have more resources to mitigate the problems and seems to choose that path instead of the removing the cause. Poor countries can not reduce emission that makes a difference and has few options to handle #climate #risk.

Humans are instinctively fantastic at experimentation & adaptation but not slow, laborious quantification — especially when we’re getting paid to deliver software shinies, not calculate “risk.”
So, why do we ask devs to calculate “#cyber #risk”? Shouldn’t we be designing ways to remove or reduce the relevant hazards? Miss me with the “it’s too hard”
