One of our half-Japanese sons had a long weekend, so he went 1,800 kilometers from #Tokyo to Miyakojima for scuba diving. On the way back he stopped by to meet us in #Osaka. Nearly every weekend he seems to travel. He used to like traveling for pleasure, study, business, or charity around #Asia. Recently his work has brought him to NYC, Seattle, and my home town of Boston (a dream come true for me). Next he is headed on business to Paris and London, and will have a chance to sightsee as well. After studying systems engineering at #Ritsumeikan University, he has had an incredible career. In Japan it is rare for someone to have skills in both #IT and foreign #languages. Because of our son's English, for example, he speaks for his global company to executives of one of the world's top companies. My greatest pleasure is having a close family and meeting our sons who are in their early 30s and already so successful.
