Well duh. NYS is doing nothing to deal with electrification other than passing bills which deal with the future. Scary that its considered a trendsetter. Need some visible projects. #RiverbankStatePark has this covered path which is tailor made for solar panels. Charging up a 2015 Nissan Leaf was a nightmare.

@bikescape There's one good #bikeRack outside of #Riverbank State Park in #NYC that is heavily used. It could be longer. It overfills and people lock up to all kinds of things.

The #daffodils at #RiverbankStatePark were not affected by last weekends -17F temperatures and high winds. No surprise the #deadnettle is ready to go. That will be flowering soon and is truly wild. One might even say its a weed. What I find particularly interesting is that the catchweed #bedStraw has all disappeared.

Need #solarPanels everywhere. All #parkingLots, All #trainYards. All #NYC, #NYS buildings. #RiverbankStatePark has a covered walkway that's screaming to be kitted with #solarPanels. Just do it!
