WATCH: AMAZING! British Built & British Engine . . . 1989 - built suction dredger Delta D sailing from Ipswich in the early evening of Friday, 7 July.
She was built around 34 years ago by Appledore Ferguson Shipbuilders, and is fitted with a single Mirrlees Blackstone KMR6MK3 main engine, generating 3,725hp at 600rpm, driving a controllable pitch propellor. She was previously named Arco Axe.
