This is my new, vastly improved @buttplugio RPG Maker MV integration, for when you want to give your players a bit *more* of a shake in sync with what's happening on-screen 😉

This also comes with a built-in connection-and-configuration menu and a separate pattern design page with live preview now, so you can get right to pattern creation without any setup work at all.

Normally you can't easily mix complicated actions with ongoing dialogue in RPG Maker, but with this it should be a breeze. The main limitation is that you still can't have more than one message window on screen at once, since the entire message processing is a `Scene`-global.

I put in a bunch of extra polish to handle edge cases and smaller oversights gracefully too, as usual.
