Devolved government can be a good thing. In the UK, it is allowing the Welsh government to adopt a radical, much greener, policy on roads, and the Scottish government is doing something similar on electrifying its railways.

#Tories don’t follow the science, nor do they believe in transparency. Building more and more roads will never lead to lower emissions...but they think if they hide the evidence, we’ll never question them.
