For those that are interested in such things I have started to convert the Bing Maps image road data set and upload as data by three-alpha country code GeoPKG files on GitHub starting with the Carribbean Islands and Europe https://github.com/anisotropi4/shambles under https://github.com/anisotropi4/shambles/tree/main/transport-network in the CarribbeanIslands-Full and Europe-Full directories
