In a recent session about #product #roadmaps with a couple of Product Managers, I asked them to "think big", and think about what objectives, as PMs, *they* would want to achieve with their product sin the next 12-18 months.

They struggled with this. It wasn't something they'd thought about.

We'll be having more sessions to work through this, but am wondering if others have thoughts on this topic?

i.e. how to get more "big thinking" happening at the PM level.
