9 months after I broke my hip, I'm back road racing. Finished the Hot Chocolate Run 10km through Stanley Park in 46:02. Not close to my PB but felt good. I'm well on track for a satisfying half marathon in May.

Today I jumped on the trainer for the first time since 2012. This was something I was told I would never be able to do again after having 8 shoulder surgeries! to save my arm!
It was hard and painful but I managed to stay up on the bike for 5 minutes!

Nearly two weeks ago I crashed in a cyclocross race. I wasn’t able to move my arm very well after landing on my shoulder.

It’s getting better, and this was a mild annoyance in comparison to working in InfoSec.
