Don't often get to eat lamb these days as legs usually cost an arm and an additional leg - $60.00+ in our local New World.
In December they had a bunch of export legs going for around $20 - $23.00 each so we bought a few, ate one and shoved the others in the freezer.
Tonight my partner's sister moves in so we may as well splash out - classic garlic, rosemary, and lemon flavourings.
