The Roberts Court deliberately neutered the might of SCOTUS by its own failure to respect settled law. If they don't uphold settled decisions by SCOTUS, why should any state be required to abide by any decision made by any current or previous SCOTUS?

The Roberts Court has done what J6 and Trump failed to do. John Roberts is blithely presiding over the destruction of a centralized federal government. Someone had to fiddle while Rome burns.

Inexplicable: SCOTUS nominees always refuse to answer questions they say are "hypothetical."
But this session they not only granted cert, but actually handed down a ruling, based entirely on a hypothetical i.e. "If I were a web designer, and if a gay couple asked me to design a web site for them, would it, hypothetically, be okay to refuse?"

The #SCOTUS rulings against workers and student loans make clear that the #RobertsCourt would rather bring us back to the Lochner era than allow incremental reforms to alleviate the burdensome excesses of economic inequality. There will be no social democratic policies, and especially no #universalhealthcare without court reform first. Court reform requires voting for the #Democrats in 2024.

To Leftists who claim that #Biden insufficiently prioritizes issues of class relative to matters of #race or gender, the #SupremeCourt ruling against #studentloans suggests otherwise. If the #RobertsCourt and #neoliberal #Democrats like Sinema and Manchin are willing to obstruct the reforms of a centrist like Biden, they surely would have done more to undermine a president Bernie Sanders. To think that an #RFK, Jr. or Marianne Williamson presidency would fare any better is delusional. #biden2024

The court is indeed slanted to "I deserve mine, but the rest of you...not so much." Oh John Roberts, you do protest too much. Resignations should be reining in. @tristansnell If they broke the law (and it certainly looks like they not only lied to the Senate to be seated on the #SCOTUS, but they deliberately hid potential bribes they received disguised as real estate deals and "gifts") they should be indicted like the rest of us would be.

The US is on the verge.

If we don't pull back the power and corruption of the current Supreme Court (and by Supreme Court, I mean Clarence Thomas, but all should be examined for conflicts of interest).
