Had a really fruitive evening yesterday and my morning today was likewise.

Will be invited to a friends birthday party and also join a online #RPG group he's organizing. I always wanted to try that tbh. 🥰

Additionally, I continued reading the first book of the #Farseer #trilogy of #RobinHobb (nearly 80% now) and also read the #Silmarillion chapters assigned for the month of March by the Tea with Tolkien society.

I’m really eager to return to Robin Hobb’s universe with the Farseer trilogy. This time I’m reading the illustrated version with illustrations by Magali Villeneuve.

I’m a huge fan of #RobinHobb’s #Fantasy novels, as I find she has tremendous insight to human (and other) interactions. I am not a #comicbooks reader, but Dark Horse comics is doing a 6-issue set of her first “Assassin” novel, Assassin’s Apprentice. They come out the middle of each month, so I just finished issue 2, and there’s a preview of #3 cover. I recommend the books, as her use of language is often spectacular, & she knows how to hit your emotions (almost unbearably!)

Sometimes I read a book and I put it down and that's that. And other times I read a book and continue to think about the characters every waking minute I'm not thinking about something else, forever. #RealmOfTheElderlings by #RobinHobb has been the second, especially the Fitz books.
