The purpose of the new directional noise loop was making more flame effects. I got a little fancier with the shading, and added a little extra flame at the tip.

So.... I kept looking at that last rocket pic and thinking... it wouldn't be that hard to animate it a little. And I think it really gains something from it. I'm really jazzed about how this came out.

Tacking this onto my #RocketShipping thread. Was doing some experimentation that started leaning in the "hey, that looks like more rocket flames" direction, and.... I think this is a pretty good looking effect. Considering this is like 30-45 ish minutes, I could probably do something reasonably photorealistic with a little more time/effort.

Here's today's experiment for #RocketShipping, and this might be my entry. It's a nice rocket. A full composition. It all glows excessively. I kind of want to hide the Martian Hot Rod in there somewhere, but there's already so sooo much going on.
