Yesterday I ran 5 miles to #Shipley caught the train to #Skipton and jog/walked the 23.5 miles back to #Rodley along the #LeedsLiverpoolCanal It was something I always wanted to do but I never want to see a #canal path now for some time! Fuelled by #RoastPotatoes and tomato sarnies.

Lovely but chilly Boxing Day stroll along the canal in the sunshine. My #ThreeGoodThings for today would be my much-needed hot chocolate with Baileys from the Tiny Tea Rooms at Rodley, the happiness of Boxing Day leftovers - Christmas lunch without the effort 😄, and that I have another good walk planned for tomorrow 👏🏼. #Leeds #Horsforth #Rodley
