1️⃣ and are the guests. Wendt is bland, which hampers the episode. Steiger is great as a vengeful mobster. It's a pity he wasn't the murderer, as his scenes with are terrific.

2️⃣ It's mostly a straightforward story, with plenty of clues for Columbo to find and annoy his victim/suspect with.
