There's not a lot of variation from title to title but apparently that's a very compelling hook, or there wouldn't be so many titles!

I am a fan of slow burn. In my #sapphicromance TURNING POINT, FMC1 kisses the top of FMC2 head (FMC2's child is missing) at 19%. 1st mutual kiss occurs 42%. But 1st sex, fully described - it's nec to self-discovery theme - not until 78%.
