1️⃣ A wonderful change-of-pace episode. No science fiction. No dastardly threat to overcome. Instead, we get high quality family drama. The four guest actors are stellar, and both of the main storylines pack an emotional punch. More than once.

2️⃣ It works because it feels real. Subtly, it feels as if the show has moved to another level of storytelling.

3️⃣ According to #IMDb users, this is the 25th best episode.

You Are Cordially Invited, written by #RonaldDMoore.

1️⃣ Delightful change-of-pace episode. A smart move after the heavy 7-parter about the occupation.

2️⃣ It has credible character conflict on the eve of the Worf-Dax wedding, and a wonderful performance from #ShannonCochran as Sirella. The words during the ceremony are beautiful. (I wonder how many real-life weddings have used them?)

I don’t know if it’s underrated, but I wish I knew more people who were watching it, and that’s #ForAllMankind on AppleTV.

It’s #RonaldDMoore, so you know it’s pure gold. It’s a superbly, smartly, and subtly done alternate history show with brilliant writing, great slow-burn arcs and character development, tension to rival any series in recent memory, and just fantastic world-building, art direction, and production design.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched #StarTrek #NextGeneration all the way through, and occasionally I’ll come across an episode that hit completely different at this stage of my life.

That’s the case with #RonaldDMoore’s “The Bonding” [S03E05]. The last act of the episode had me bawling like a schoolkid with a skinned knee. #Grief is rarely given an impactful screen treatment, and this episode works SO well.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched #StarTrek #NextGeneration all the way through, and occasionally I’ll come across an episode that hits completely different at this stage of my life.
