Day 5 of the #CanadaTrip saw us travelling to Long Point with a stop at Rondeau Provincial Park to break the journey. Amazingly, the Screech Owl had set up in the middle of a camp ground! It would have been good to have spent more time at #Rondeau but needs must.

Beautiful day for a hike out at Rondeau Provincial Park. It’s pretty dry out there for this time of year though and absolutely no ice to be found in the lake or bay. Kind of an odd winter to be sure. #RondeauProvincialPark #ChathamKent #nature #CarolinianForest Fun fact Rondeau is Ontario’s second oldest provincial park 1894, a year behind Algonquin.
