And someone mentioned that it was a bit tedious that you're exploring and you can't connect it with a previously discovered slab thus leaving it in a dead end. So I asked myself if I could design a map where this didn't happen as much or at all. And now, it's almost 3 in the morning in my country, and I'm already going through three different map designs. Brief clarification of the game "Ahoy", the pieces are ships, the board starts with two square tiles that are divided into a 2×2 inside (explanation photo below). The particularity of the board is that you only start with two of these 2×2 tiles. You must use your token to explore more tiles. But there is something else, these 2×2 tiles can only connect with other tiles by a single section of the tile (as seen in the image).

He literally showed it to me this morning and right now it's 2am and I'm making maps while listening to music. My girlfriend would probably say "you're so autistic and adorable" if she was awake. Explanation of the topic of maps and gameplay in the next post.

Yesterday some of us gathered to play #RootBoardgame and I discovered an interesting fact. When playing the Riverfolk Company it is important to know how to not appear menacing to the other players😅 We'll try again next week!
