改めて。
今日は天気予報で日本中が真っ赤なぐらい暑い。
リラックスして、でも思い切り元気を出していこう。昨夜から肩甲骨がバリバリでちょっと辛いのだけれど、体操して肩を回してこれから活動するぞ。
ここに書いたって事は宣言だから。シーツの洗濯して掃除するから。
太陽はガンガン。
