I also wonder whether the two big 7.x quakes in January shook the new facility, as well, and what, if anything, has been done to check and repair potential damage. In the Mediterranean, it doesn't require a Putler to blow up a pipeline ( what about the quakes and Turkstream and Southstream?) or a nuclear plant.
