#LaMansionEncantada es una fusion mala entre la Mansion encantada de #EddieMurphy y el peliculon de #RoseRed
Dos horas de pelicula insoportables, aburrida aunque si que te ries de vez en cuando, pero sin mas.

Two hours into watching #StephenKing's #RoseRed,—the show that scarred me as a kid and put me off of #horror until I was an adult—and I'm actually really loving it. Like, it's scratching a very particular itch. Maybe this is...closure?

Whatever the heck #TheLure was, it was something but not what I was looking for.
Finally decided to bite the bullet and watch #StephenKing's #RoseRed TV movie miniseries... sometime this weekend. (4.5 hours?! That's one #lotr extended edition movie!)
This is the one that scarred me as a kid when my dad watched it. Time to face the thing that put me off of the horror genre until I was an adult.

Watching #StephenKing's #RoseRed over the last few days, it's not bad it reminds me more of the more recent series of The Haunting Of Hill House, in other words not a patch on the 60s film for me but worth a look some interesting characters in it.
@stephenkingjourney Finished #RoseRed (2002) yesterday and give it 👍🏼👍🏼 but watching a young, vibrant #JulianSands was bittersweet -- since I am not optimistic about his MIA status since January 13th.
Still pondering my Letterboxd review
Watching STEPHEN KING's Rose Red (2002) thanks to the magic of YouTube and enjoying it immensely so far. #FilmMastodon
Seeing Julian Sands in his glorious prime is bittersweet, considering his current missing status. I've never seen Emily Deschanel as a blond, and Melanie Lynskey is a treat to watch. Judith Ivey, Kevin Tighe, Nancy Travis* -- the cast is GOLD.
I'll be returning to this thread, since I'm only halfway through. #StephenKing #RoseRed
*(Her character is damn reckless though.)

Мой рейтинг для:Rose Red ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ https://trakt.tv/shows/rose-red #RoseRed #trakt
Not as thrilled about the, seeming, repetition of controlling, overweight (often lower class) mothers as a theme in Stephen King works (based, admittedly, solely on the instance in #RoseRed; I haven't seen an instance in any books but I also have read only, like, 2 written Stephen King works).
Given that Rose Red was an entirely different production, I'm just going to ignore the connection and pretend it wasn't an intentional design for the character.
