On the day I register the death of my mother (87 years well lived) we stopped by the #RiverWye at #RossonWye #Herefordshire to enjoy a moment of peace by the river, just as the sun began its downward descent for the day.

That being said, there is a flood alert on for the area and further rain could be cause for concern.
