Sunday #soundtrack. I had a sort of holy Trinity of guitar heroes coming up. #JimiHendrix, #RoyBuchanan, and #SteveHowe. #Yes’s #TalesFromTopographicOceans took a lot of grief from critics and some fans but I absolutely lived it and still do. I still crank it up pretty often and am doing that right now.

Last night I dreamt of attending a #JeffBeck show, and briefly speaking with him, something I never got to do (and now never will). I expect he’ll be on my waking and subconscious mind for a good long while.

Jeff was one of the few Big Names I’d always hoped to meet. I’ve been lucky enough to spend some time with two of my more notable influences, #DavidGilmour and the late #RoyBuchanan, and Jeff was always another conversation I’d hoped to have.
