@kennon Physical length is great! But, it feels like it goes beyond a one shot to me.

Infiltrating the military industrial complex city 'feels' like it could get fleshed out a bit. Have it be the Oceans 11 of 1980s Russian spy movies.

And the second part, 'feels' like it could stand on its own. But, the clues you need to guide you through Moscow are all in part 1.

It comes down to do you want 3 or 4 (or more...) for the Twilight War adventure series?

This section was inspired by the 1984 RPG Psi World by Fantasy Games Unlimited. Psi World was the first game I ever saw to feature opposing factions as player options. You could play psychics on the run, or psychic hunting government agents. I used that dynamic with Loose cards and Counter Intelligence and added Unsanctioned and Rogue as gradients in between

If I remember right, this came out of an article about the changing rule of masculinity in the 20th century, using James Bond and Jason Borne as the before and after. This was before all the MRA stuff went mainstream, instead, it reflected upon men and the changing nature of labor.
