清理了一下RSS订阅，删掉了部分新闻feed，只留了The Verge, The Intercept, Arstechnica, 端传媒的早晚报，和一些Local News, 把手机上的reddit也删了。好多新闻并不需要我知道。 #rss #rsshub

Apparently #rsshub supports #telegram [1]. So some people have been routing public channels to gwene.org, and seems so can you.

I wrote a script today that takes a #birdsite user's feed from #RSSHub and converts the content to an embedded tweet by reaching out to publish.twitter.com. It looks pretty slick. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with all #rss readers. A lot of them strip out the required javascript. It does look good in #Newsblur though. This method doesn't require API access. Hopefully it keeps working once it’s gone.

It’s sad how social media ruined my ability to read longer texts. Getting my dopamine fix in less the 140 characters did a wreak on my brain.

Since I left the bird site I’ve been back to receiving my news through RSS. Now I’m trying FreshRSS, RSSHub and FiveFilter’s full-text-rss.

All of it selfhosted using DockStarter on an old NUC I use as my Linux desktop.

I feel like my brain is starting to work again.
