Who has experience with #RTX4090 cards?

I did some burn in testing today. It's operating fine, but falls well below expected results when benchmarked.

It's in a supermicro x10dai board (pcie 3.0). 2x E5-2687W v3 CPUs. Win 10. 128gb ram. Solid state storage. Yeah, a little dated

I'm not expecting a performance hit beyond 5% due to the pcie bandwidth.
