There have already been a few mentions of Carla Thomas, for her duets with Otis Redding. But I'm going to start with one of the songs she recorded with her dad Rufus.
I believe that 'Cause I Love You (not to be confused with Slade's Coz I Luv You) was the first big hit for Stax records. Anyway, it's a superb example of how brilliantly Rufus and Carla's voices fit together.
