FWIW my thoughts: the voters could well be right about the finalists.

There are four countries too many in the tournament: many of the group matches will be very one-sided with the winners basically known before the kick-off.

The draw is lopsided. Two of the quarter-finals could in effect be semi-finals and the semi-finals could be one-sided.
