A leader does NOT make the rules but IS bound to them like everyone else.

Expect a leader to lead by example and from the front.

Someone who puts themselves on a pedestal is not a leader.

A leader should be temporary, changing with the task at hand.

A leader coordinates: they should not coerce and should not be able to coerce.

I see the current massive curtailment of the #freedomofexpression of #Russia like #EU & #USA as a lose-lose situation for everyone. So #censorship is becoming more everywhere - and we free people are the losers.
