No mulligan at all with Yu-Gi-Oh, exactly one with the Digimon TCG, and as many times as you can afford it in Magic, which are all fine and good ways to balance their respective game (Well, sometimes I'd like some form of mulligan for YGO).
The Lorcana approach also piqued my interest. It could even be my favorite form of mulligan so far, but maybe too strong for specific TCGs. You get one mulligan in the game, but you can choose the cards you want the keep and which ones to put back in the deck for new ones. I'd love to try this with other TCGs to see how it would influence the consistency of the games.
