First day of noting down #negativeFeelings during the day in order to group them up and perhaps see if I'm having more problems with #ruminations or #worrying. Proposed after this morning's meeting with a #psychologist. And it is kinda annoying and boring. But looking through already filled up lines of a table I've prepared is kinda interesting. I wonder how it'll look after a few days.

Was excited to see that I put into action all of my 2022 ruminations. I wrote them down and didn't think much about them for the rest of the year. I reread them this morning when looking through my journal. I made fresh ruminations for 2023. #ruminations

Reading an old book,
looking at old pictures,
longing for the old friend, licking old wounds,
begging for the old pain to return
- never stops a new day.

Time (i.e. life) changes you. Raised Catholic (even considered joining the priesthood at one time) to losing my faith in college and becoming a devout atheist, to now not being sure of anything anymore (which I suppose is a form of wisdom—knowing you don’t know). I wouldn’t even recognize my former selves, nor they me. Life is strange. #ruminations
