I'm really surprised the runDisney morning yoga and 10 miler Springtime Surprise are still open. Are we finally getting back to a more normal sell out time? People don't like the theme? Or they don't like running in April?

It's August 1st in an odd year, and that means it's time to begin (or at least begin planning) my #DopeyChallenge training schedule. 5K/10K/Half Marathon/Marathon over four January days at #WaltDisneyWorld. 2024’s Dopey will be my third, after 2020 and 2022. Will I see you there? #runDisney

8:02am PDT: Successfully registered self for #DopeyChallenge, but both the 5K and 10K sold out while I was registering @doombunny. Got her into the Half anyway.

Adding a race into your cart ought to reserve that slot; it shouldn't be possible to sell out while having it in your cart. Poor show.

Just like 2022 and 2020, I want to register myself for #DopeyChallenge and @doombunny for the 5K/10K/Half.

#RunDisney protip: it’s ok to shower after your 5K. You don’t have to be stinky for your dinner in Disney Springs.

I've done it. I registered for the Princess Half virtual challenge. I had already registered for the Springtime Surprise 10k. I got an email and saw the virtual Half was still open so I thought, Why not? This will be the first time I ran in all 4 runDisney race weekends in a year. 2 in person and 2 virtually.
