For up-and-coming stuff I think #RuneFencerIllyia is what I'm most excited about right now, along with Hollow Knight #Silksong (although I'm expecting to be disappointed in the themes of the latter given the ideological issues with Hollow Knight). I hadn't heard of several of the games you mentioned so I'll go take a look now.
