Starting week 4 of #running training with #chatgpt based coach tomorrow. Some learnings from the first three weeks:
1. #rungpt doesn't really remember its previous plans. Every week is generated new when I ask for the plan.
2. I was worried about a lack of longer runs in the plan and had to explicitly ask for more 30k+ runs to be included (same for intervals)
3. Planning for exceptions remains a strong point (see my corporate race tomorrow in this week's plan)
Just finished the first training week with #rungpt my AI #running coach. I stuck pretty closely to the suggested distance and pace and it certainly was a good training week.
Two observations:
- always add the weekday to the prompt after training. In my case chatgpt invented a rest day somewhere between my Saturday and Sunday runs...
- even though we made some changes to the plan due to my personal schedule, the old plan still is there somewhere in the machines memory leading to funny errors
#RunGPT session #2 completed. Followed the suggested distance and pace pretty closely which made the coach happy.

First session of the training plan completed and a very enthusiastic coach. I am not sure if I should share the enthusiasm fully. Seems like #chatgpt has forgotten most of the information about my current #running form that I shared in the initial prompt. #runningwithai #rungpt

To start our first week together, #rungpt even has a motivational motto for me to go along with the #trainingplan for this week: "Every journey begins with a single step. This week, you're taking those first strides toward your goal. You are stronger than you think, and every step you take brings you closer to your personal best. Let's make every kilometer count!"
