I’m nearly 51, i’ve been #running nearly 20 years and I’m just not interested in fast running. I have no need to prove anything, no desire to push myself to my limits, i have not one competitive bone in my body … and all these benefits of moderate moderation means a) no #run is ever a disappointment, b) I never get injured (apart from once grazing my palms slipping on gravel), and c) i stay forever youthful 😉😅

It might be still too early to tell, but so far I’m actually loving the #AppleWatch #Running experience. Being just a very dedicated amateur #Runner, I never really used most of #Garmin’s analytics, and their algorithms always seemed really off most of the time for me. So far, I’m a happy camper I this new ecosystem 😁

To celebrate the end of a long and kafkaesque bureaucratic nightmare, I gave in to temptation and treated myself to an #AppleWatchUltra 😁
A bit different from what I’m used to as a longtime #Garmin fan, but really liking it so far.
Tried it out with an early 10k and it was a pretty smooth experience
