I was so happy I rode my Liv to work yesterday, first time since my op. OMG am I paying for it today. My core is not as repaired as I had hoped. So much pain I can barely sit or walk. I'm having to get a lift to work. 😩 #PostOp #RunningBeforeYouCanWalk
